Larry I. Willis and Greg Regan were elected unanimously today as President and Secretary-Treasurer, respectively, of the Transportation Trades Department, AFL-CIO (TTD), by the organization’s Executive Committee. Outgoing President Edward Wytkind, who gave his full support to Willis and Regan, stepped down after more than two decades of service. During his tenure, he built TTD into a strong, results-driven advocacy organization, and grew the number of member unions from 18 to today’s 32. Wytkind will continue to dedicate himself to issues that affect working people, our nation’s mobility, and the economy.
